Susie helped my wife and i buy our first home in the North Hills community of the San Fernando Valley. We told her what we wanted (large backyard, 2+ bathrooms, location near our jobs and family). She found several and provided us the comps so that we could make an informed offer. She also helped us write a buyer's letter to the seller, which helped us get selected by the seller. Susie expertly managed the schedule inspections and negotiated the final price and closing costs. She was available by phone and email all the time and quickly responded. The process was smooth and we are so happy in our home.

Susie knows the real estate market in LA! As a first time home buyer, the process of buying a home was incredibly intimidating but Susie made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Susie is the best. My husband and I had a non-traditional house buying experience that involved a drawn out lawsuit involving the property that we were interested in. So not only was Susie wonderful and professional performing her job as a real estate agent (we had some major inspections and negotiations as well), she did an exemplary job acting as a go between for the two parties involved and moving this sale forward. We are so happy in this home and I can honestly say that Susie’s diehard advocacy for us is the reason we are here.
