Armando Yee Jr. brings a thoughtful mix of business acumen, creative problem-solving, and service-oriented leadership to Susie Delava Real Estate Group. A Pepperdine University graduate with a degree in Business and Media Production, he has spent more than a decade working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments where clear communication, precision, and sound judgment are essential.

Alongside his real estate career, Armando works as a freelance director for live television, with credits including FOX and the BBC. This experience has sharpened his ability to manage complex logistics, coordinate teams, and stay calm and focused when the stakes are high utilizing kills that translate seamlessly to real estate transactions.

Real estate has long been part of Armando’s life. Growing up around a family business in the industry gave him a strong foundation in the process and a deep respect for client trust. He is known for his professionalism, responsiveness, and thoughtful approach, making him a trusted resource for clients and a valued partner within the team.

A longtime Santa Monica resident, Armando enjoys being part of the local community and supporting small businesses along the Third Street Promenade. Outside of work, he is an active member of the Magic Castle in Hollywood and has a lifelong passion for the variety arts, which began during his childhood in Mexico. He is deeply committed to his family, continuous learning, and delivering exceptional service.
